1. From the time I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?

When placing your order, please note the following:

For all orders within the USA, please allow 2 - 5 weeks for delivery. For all order outside of the USA, please allow 3 - 6 weeks for delivery.

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2 weeks prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

2. I want to find out the status of my order. When will I be able to track my order?

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped out. When it is available it will be sent to you via the email address that we have on file.


3. Only part of my order showed up. Where is the rest of my order?

Your order may come from different suppliers, therefore it may arrive at different times. If you have not received all of your items, please check the status of your tracking.


4. My order is missing parts or is broken. What do I need to do?

Please contact our customer service department at customercare@tictok.net and we'll help you resolve the problem!


5. I just placed my order but decided that I want to cancel it. What do I need to do?

To cancel your order, we must hear from you that day by midnight EST. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms.

 

6. If I have entered wrong contact information, what should I do ?
